Refunds and Returns
Final Sales & Product Integrity
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described below.
Vitl Research, LLC will issue a monetary refund to the original payment method in the event of (1) non-delivery confirmed by carrier records, (2) products arriving defective or incorrect that cannot be replaced within fourteen days, and (3) order cancellations received before shipment. All other sales remain final after shipment.
Every product is manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety and regulatory reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact admin@vitlpeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified,Vitl Research, LLC will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost when possible. If a replacement cannot be provided within fourteen (14) days, a monetary refund to the original payment method will be issued as described in Final Sales & Product Integrity above.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. To request cancellation, contact admin@vitlpeptides.com immediately. Cancellations received before shipment qualify for a monetary refund to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded except as described in Final Sales & Product Integrity above.
Order & Shipping Accuracy
Please verify all shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. Vitl Research, LLC is not responsible for incorrect orders or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Carrier, Customs & Loss
If a package is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, Vitl Research, LLC will assist with tracking or inquiries when possible. Non-delivery confirmed by carrier records may qualify for a monetary refund as described in Final Sales & Product Integrity above. Other carrier or customs events beyond our control may not qualify for a refund or replacement once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping and Payments
Vitl Research, LLC ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Paid orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time or over a weekend ship the next business day. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Vitl Research, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. If a package is refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Payment in full is required before shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other options shown at checkout. For ACH or e-Check payments, you authorize a one-time debit for the full order amount from your specified account. Once authorized, these payments cannot be canceled or modified.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Vitl Research, LLC protects all transactions using 256-bit SSL encryption. Customer data is stored securely and used only for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Texas.
